Khandelwal Jewellers Marks 16 Years of Supporting Employees’ Children’s Education

Khandelwal Jewellers has completed 16 years of its employee education initiative, through which the company supports the schooling and higher education of its employees’ children.

The programme provides 100% support towards school fees, uniforms, books and stationery. According to the company, more than 75 students benefit from the initiative each year. The milestone was marked on Independence Day at the jeweller’s flagship showroom, with employees and their children.

The initiative began 16 years ago and has continued as part of Khandelwal Jewellers’ employee-welfare efforts. Earlier industry coverage of the programme, including its 15-year milestone in 2024, documented the company’s support for employees’ children and its broader focus on staff welfare.

The education support extends beyond school-level studies. Khandelwal Jewellers said several beneficiaries have gone on to pursue higher education in India and overseas, including studies in CA, law and medicine, with the company continuing to support deserving students through their educational journeys.

The jeweller also states that it maintains PF and ESIC compliance as part of its employee welfare and social-security measures.

The initiative reflects a longer-term approach to employee welfare in which support extends beyond the workplace to the families of the people working within the business.
